Chinese Peeled Walnut Kernels (1050/kg)

Premium-origin walnuts from China with the thin natural outer skin (pellicle) carefully removed, giving the kernels their distinctive white to light appearance. These kernels have a mild, slightly nutty flavour with a characteristic natural walnut oil aroma. The lot consists mainly of two halves, with some smaller four-piece kernels. Suitable for direct consumption, retail packing, bakery, confectionery, desserts, cooking and food processing. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place at 0–10°C, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep tightly sealed in airtight, moisture-proof packaging. Refrigeration is recommended to maintain freshness and help prevent rancidity.
